This must be a post that is written out of boredom! Why would anyone wants to write about bunn coffee maker parts? The fact is, nowadays people are more apt to getting new machine when one breaks down than doing any repairs!
Now, if you think about it, what’s there to state or review about bunn coffee maker parts, they are just some replacement parts right? Well, if this is your mentality, then explained why would some companies offer warranty as carrots for you to sign up their package and purchase their machines?
The fact is machines, in this case coffee makers, after some time of usage, grows on a person. This is more so for a coffee machine. No two machine are similar and after using for a period of time, you’re used to this machine to get the correct brew you like, changing a machine would meant getting used to a new machine all over again.
What is highlighted above is just a reason why people purchases coffee maker parts. I’m using bunn because my thought is it should be used by many folks being one the more well known machines around and also one that people uses to give gifts.
Having a machine as a gift is also another reason why people are not changing their machines by getting replacement parts to change it. The fact is, there are several reasons why people are not changing their machines.
Companies used to peddle cheap parts and relatively cheap machines, and hoping that this would attract consumers to buy the machine. But, currently knowing that consumers like to keep their machines, companies are embarking on a slightly different marketing plan.
Take rancilio machine as an example, it was make to last. While, I don’t think many people would be comfortable using a rancilio silvia espresso machine, people that uses them and are used to their operation has nothing but positive comments about this machine.
Although, priced at entry level pricing, this machine is hardy and durable. I believe rancilio has make it so, knowing that consumers like to used the same machine, so they’ve it make it durable, and retail it at slightly higher price tier (but it is still cheaper than most commercial espresso machine).
Another trend that is emerging is the offer of warranty period to consumers. This is a clear indication that companies knows that consumers like to keep using the same machine, and warranties are there to ensure that your coffee makers would last for at least that frame of time.
One of the better warranty around is given by kitchenaid coffee maker. By extending a 2 year warranty on the exchange of any parts, they are basically telling you that one don’t have to spend any money on wear and tear during this time.
Sure, it is no adventure story but this is one that lies behind bunn coffee maker parts and why there is a market for it, even though we know that it isn’t that pricey to be getting new machine.
